[ GOD. he does laugh at the god of rainbows and good fucks. ]
Who says the god of Rainbows can't be an evil god? It'd certainly be a nefarious way to earn followers ...
[ he hums, leaning back, hands twiddling more. ]
I agree, but. I find myself rather trapped within their parameters. They quite have my number, you see.

You have been watching too much of that television.
[ he knows what a tv is now. kanda made him watch big bang theory so he's seen a tv show. ]
Not exactly, since that is in theory temporary. I meant more that I am in desperate need of their offered wish, and thus am obliged to consider staying within their rules, lest I lose the chance.

[ it's nothing he hasn't admitted to others. he is not good at filtering his thoughts, and he's not going to start now. ]
... I need to return to life. I made an error in judgment, and-- I believe in a more practiced frame of mind, I would have made a different choice.

In a sense. I suppose it is more about me, and how I would choose to redeem myself.
[ breakups are hard, man. well, he'll look over at the mention of the match - trying not to look too excited at the prospect. ]
Only if you are certain Camille. It's not a thing to be done lightly. Believe me, I've paid the price for curiosity before.

[ honestly, he looks vaguely disappointed. ]
Unfortunately, I am something known as a "Mothman." Whatever in the world that is.

[ he feels a little awkward as he finally admits: ]
Blowing up is the mistake I would care to fix.
Blowing up is the mistake I would care to fix.
I honestly feel that my match does not wish to be found.
[ anyway this description is wild? help????? THE FUCKIN MOTHMAN. ]
I can induce dread and paranoia for 24 hours. A power I have not sought to use, mind you, considering the atmosphere. I don't think adding paranoia to the mix will aide anyone.

[ haha! ]
... A mistake, I recognize now. Made in a moment of panic and regret.
[ ... ]
I had spent a good deal of time rebelling against her - Mystra. Her directives, her ideals, her expectations of me. I had chosen to begin experimenting with powers previously forbidden to me, to learn magic I was not to touch in my time with her. Out of anger, or bitterness, or simply curiosity.
And I think when faced with that moment, the moment of choice - and I considered her directive - I ... snapped back the other direction too sharply.

[ well gale is by the bulletin board again, as is customary, staring down the posters. ]
... I spoke to Aerith quite a bit about the afterlife.
... I spoke to Aerith quite a bit about the afterlife.
She spoke of her Planet. She was a magic user as well, and held a connection to it.
She believed that once you passed on, you returned to the lifestream of this planet itself, to the sourcewell that you had once emerged from. Your feelings, and thoughts and memories along with you. And that one day, you may be reunited with those you knew in life.

Are you in there?
[ as in. are you sane right now. ]
