I am scared. Ignoring the trip I took, the last time I died I was reborn in a new life. I know that's not going to happen here, but I can't help but feel like maybe I'll be someone different again.

With how many people here have so many ties to gods, the undead, magic, I'm...wondering if that's not the case here. None of them got sucked away to their own afterlife. None of them had to follow the rules of their own home. While they're here, if they die, they go to the same place.

I didn't get to see it. Maybe because Rondo already intended to bring me back. But everyone else is together. Whatever's holding them there is pretty damn greedy, Anis. I don't know that you'd wind up being anyone different than who you are now.
